Water Ionizer

Drinking Water Ionizer – Countertop or under-the-counter, the Water Ionizer produces alkaline water with excess oxygen and alkaline minerals.  It has more OH-ions than H+ ions; it is highly oxygenated water with the oxygen in the stable bias OH- form that is needed by our cells.  Each of these ions is bonded with an alkaline mineral in the all important colloidal form.  At pH level between 9-10, electrolyzed alkaline water will have 100 times more excess oxygen than tap water and no acidic elements or toxic substances in it.

Excessive meat diet and unhealthy fluid intakes cause acidity and enhance production of dangerous free radicals, which can damage components of cells and even kill normal cells. Through formation by oxidation, highly reactive free radicals can start a chain reaction, like dominoes, damaging important cellular components, such as DNA, and causing these to function poorly or die. Damages caused by free radicals, which accumulate with age, are associated with long term health problems, premature aging, debilitation and lack of energy. Damage to DNA is thought to be one of the causes of cancer.

Production of free radicals is caused principally by the consumption of high fat and processed foods, and the typical American diet is high in foods that increase free radical counts. These include meat, sugar, butter, white flour, alcohol, margarine, shortening, hydrogenated oil, preservatives and fried foods. Typical American diet is also dangerously low in antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables. Exposures to environmental toxins and conditions, such as chemicals and pesticides in food and water, UV radiation from the sun, pollution in the air, emotional and physical stress, accelerate dramatically the production of free radicals.

 

Antioxidants are intimately involved in the prevention of cellular damage by acting as scavengers of free radicals, protecting the body against their destructive effects. They interact with free radicals by donating one of their own electrons, ending the “electron-stealing” reaction by neutralizing and crippling them and terminating the cell damaging chain reaction before vital molecules are damaged. The antioxidant themselves don’t become free radicals by donating an electron because they are stable in either form.


There is an array of nutritional tablets and liquid supplements that claim to be antioxidants if taken in recommended doses. However, the bulk of what we eat during an entire day is mostly acidic and composed of water. Meat and fish are about 70% water. Coffee, tea, sodas and other beverages are 99% water, vegetables and fruits are 90% water. Therefore, extensive studies, such as done by the Water Institute of Japan, states that water, specifically electrolyzed alkaline water, is the best antioxidant.

The Ionizer produces Alkaline Water

In 1931, Otto Warburg was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine for his discovery of the ferment of respiration. His "The oxygen-transferring ferment of respiration" discusses the intricate miracle of ordinary cellular combustion with oxygen (which he calls respiration), and the reaction without oxygen - just with sugar (fermentation), which is basically cancer. Furthermore, that the body can only become diseased when in an acidic state (pH level below 7.0). This is true of all diseases from the common cold to cancer.  The optimum pH is 7.4. At that pH the immune system is usually able to maintain a healthy body. When the body pH drops below 7.0, acid waste builds up. A modern diet can be extremely acidic - soft drinks, processed food, red meat, dairy and sugar all deposit acid waste in our bodies creating an ideal environment for various diseases to thrive. If you put a single 8-ounce glass of cola into 10 gallons of water, it slashes the pH from 7.4 to 4.6 - very acidic. Your body consists of about 10 gallons of water, which is supposed to be slightly alkaline.

The Water Ionizer produces an abundance of Hydroxyl Ions
Dr. Otto Warburg demonstrated the basic difference between normal cells and cancer cells. Both derive energy from glucose, but the normal cell requires oxygen to combine with the glucose, while cancer cells break down glucose without oxygen, yielding only 1/15th the energy per glucose molecule than a normal cell produces. This is why cancer cells have such a huge appetite for sugar, and also why people who consume excessive quantities of sugar have a higher susceptibility to cancer. Controlling cancer can be done by controlling the oxygen and/or controlling the things that free up oxygen (e.g. ionized water). Oxygen therapies are one of the most widely used cancer therapies world-wide because they provide oxygen to the cancer cells - something they cannot bio-adapt to survive in. They are safe and effective. It has been clinically demonstrated that the spread or metastasis of cancer is directly proportional to the amount of oxygen around the cancer cells. The more oxygen, the slower the cancer spreads. The less oxygen, the faster the cancer spreads. If cancer cells get enough oxygen, they will die (cancer cells are anaerobic). Ionized water provides extra oxygen atoms in the form of Hydroxyl ions (OH-) that not only slow down the spread of cancer, but also kills cancer cells.

The Water Ionizer reduces the water molecule cluster size
Typical municipal water has water molecule clusters ranging from 10 to 13 molecules per cluster. Ionized water contains water molecule clusters consisting of 5 or 6 molecules per cluster. According to Dr. Hayashi, of the Japanese Water Institute, this smaller cluster size means that it gains the ability to penetrate tissue and cell walls far more easily. This is easy to understand considering the smaller size. Technically, the hydrating benefits of smaller clustered water are due to the change in water tension.  Better hydration has been claimed to help depression, arthritis, chronic pain, PMS, acid indigestion, ulcers and fatigue. This is why many people experience detoxification effects in the first few weeks of drinking the water, as it infiltrates areas that have not been reachable with ordinary H2O.

The Water Ionizer produces Charged Minerals
An ionic mineral is an element that has a charge, either positive or negative. On the molecular level, that means that the element has either one too many or one too few electrons. This unstable ionic state allows the element to bond readily with water, making it possible for the body to absorb it. In this state, an element has specific positive or negative electrical signatures that cause a dynamic equilibrium to take place. The body can then facilitate changes to move nutrients to the areas that need them, and studies show the effective use of ionized water on bone formation even in calcium deficient diets.  Prior to ionization water contains inorganic minerals, which the body can not make direct use of - they have neither an electrical attraction or a molecule of carbon making them organic, which is the other directly usable mineral form.

Electron transfer, when causing a change in standard potential (i.e. positive/negative) alters compound toxicity. Effectively speaking, pollutants are positively charged. This the 'magnetic' effect of negatively charged water on pollutants will see their elimination from the body. Two explanatory examples:

1.  (intoxication) The highest negative electrical charge in the body is the thyroid gland -not surprising this gland is such a toxin magnet, and that it is easily x-rayed with toxic radioactive iodine because that form of iodine is strongly drawn there. Thyroid dysfunction, diagnosed or not, is extremely common to modern society.

2.  (detoxification) Many of us are familiar with such means of detoxification as salt baths and seaweed or mud/clay body wraps - but why do these methods work? The reason is electromagnetic.
